Main characteristics and principles of air-cooled modular units

The air-cooled modular unit is a central air conditioning unit that uses air as the cooling (heating) source and water as the cooling (heating) medium. The condenser is a finned heat exchanger, and the evaporator is a heat exchanger for water fluorine heat exchange applications, such as casing, shell and plate heat exchangers.

As an integrated equipment that combines cold and heat sources, air-cooled heat pumps eliminate various auxiliary components such as cooling towers, cooling water pumps, boilers, and corresponding pipeline systems. The system has a simple structure, saves installation space, is easy to maintain and manage, and saves energy, especially suitable for areas lacking water sources.

The air-cooled modular unit adopts a modular structure design, allowing the unit to be produced and transported in standard modular units. Modular air-cooled chiller heat pump units, with each refrigeration system independent of each other and serving as backup. Any abnormal situation in any refrigeration circuit will not affect the normal operation of other refrigeration circuits. When a certain circuit malfunctions, the computer will issue instructions to replace the faulty circuit with another standby circuit, and the refrigeration and heating capacity of the unit will remain relatively stable.
